Here is an idea for the whole family.

Choose one grandparent who with the consent of the family doesn’t buy each of the children and grandchildren a present.

That money goes into an envelope.

Each of the family puts into the envelope the money they would spend on a present for that grandparent.

You, or your child, or grandchild take the envelope with

Feed the Children printed on it to a child support agency below.

These are the experts in getting food to children.

How this works for me

9 presents for grandchildren @ $20.00                    $180.00

4  parents  and spouses @ $20.00                          $160.00

4 presents from family to me @ $20.00                   $  80.00

Total money spent by and on me                        $420.00

 

Can you imagine if 100 families did this there would be

$42.000 available for children.

Yes that’s right…. we had to do the maths many times before we believed it This idea costs nothing, each person just getting one present less.

It is good for the family that has enough and good for the family that doesn’t.
