For $10 (Plus 50c postage) you can purchase cosmetic recipe sheets  which includes tried and true recipes for shampoo bars, bath bombs, lip balm, massage bars, bath salts, moisturiser (lotion), toothpaste, deodorant and more.  This will save you literally thousands of $$$ and is great for sensitive skin.

For $10 I will send you a ‘MOTIVATIONAL BUDGETING SUMMARY’ – this document tells you how we achieve our low grocery budget of just $75 a week. The information is all on the web site but it a great quick reference, good for people that aren’t on-line and even if you simply can’t be bothered reading all those posts.

For $70-00 (plus $5-50 postage) I will send the whole package -  2 x recipe pamphlets,  2 x books, motivational budgeting summary and samples.
